About this deal
Stitch Young Bull by Albrecht Dürer (c. 1496, erroneously inscribed in another hand 1508). This counted cross stitch pattern recreates the painting in 41 DMC thread colours, based on the public-domain original at The Art Institute of Chicago.
The design is 285 × 350 stitches, about 20.4 × 25.0 inches on 14-count Aida (17.8 × 21.9 in on 16-count, 15.8 × 19.4 in on 18-count). It is a detailed, full-coverage design in full cross stitches only, with no backstitch or fractional stitches, made for stitchers who enjoy a rewarding long project.
The pattern comes as one printable PDF: a black-and-white symbol chart for printing at home, a full colour chart, a thread key with DMC numbers, stitch counts and skeins needed, a page map, and a short guide to getting started. Source artwork: The Art Institute of Chicago object 23506.
