Buying guide
How to buy safely on OfferBuggy, get your product, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1Find the right product
Browse by category or search: digital products, services and local deals. Each listing shows the price, real photos or screenshots, what's included, the fine print, and either the license you'll get (digital products) or how and where to use the voucher (services and local deals). Listings with a Live demo button let you try the product before you buy.
2Check the seller
- A green check next to a seller means Stripe has verified their identity and bank details.
- A check on the Live demo button means the seller proved they own that demo site.
- Open the seller's profile to see how long they've been selling, how many sales they have and their other listings.
- Every listing is reviewed by OfferBuggy before it goes live, and product files are virus-scanned.
- Regular price verified means we checked the seller's proof that the original price is what customers normally pay.
- Small badges like OB Picked, Best Seller and Big Save are earned, never bought. See what each badge means.
3Check the license
The license tells you what you can do with the product, for example whether you can use it for a client or in something you sell. It's shown on every listing before you pay and on your receipt. See Licenses for what each one allows.
4Pay with Buy now
- Click Buy now. You're taken to Stripe's secure checkout.
- Pay by card or any other method shown. OfferBuggy never sees your full card details.
- You're paying the seller directly. The seller is the business you buy from, and their name appears on your card statement.
Only pay with the Buy now button. OfferBuggy and its sellers will never ask you to pay by email, bank transfer, crypto or gift card.
5Get your product
- Right after payment you land on your order page with a Download button (or an Open access link button for online products).
- Your order is saved under My purchases in your account, and you get a notification in your inbox.
- Each order can be downloaded up to 25 times. If the seller updates the file, you get the latest version.
- You need a free OfferBuggy account to buy, so your downloads and messages are always in one place.
6Using a voucher
Services and local deals come as a voucher: after paying you get a page with a unique code and QR code.
- Follow the listing's How to use steps, for example call to book and mention OfferBuggy.
- Print the voucher or show it on your phone. The business scans the QR code or types the code and marks it used.
- Each voucher works once and is valid until the date printed on it (at least 30 days).
- If the business won't honor a valid voucher, use Report a problem on your order page.
- Unused vouchers can be refunded by the business. Ask them through Message on your order page.
7Questions and support
Support comes from the seller. Use Message on your order page; the conversation stays in your inbox. Most problems, like a missing file or setup question, are fixed fastest this way.
8Refunds
Because digital products can't be returned, sales are generally final once delivered. But you're entitled to a refund from the seller if the product:
- is materially different from its description or screenshots,
- doesn't work and the seller can't fix it, or
- was never delivered (file missing or access link not working).
Sellers may offer more generous refunds; if they do, it's written in the listing's fine print. Refunds are paid by the seller back to your original payment method.
9Report a problem
If the seller doesn't help, use Report a problem on your order page within 14 days of purchase. Your report goes to the seller and to OfferBuggy. We review it, and sellers with repeated reports have their listings paused.
Please report before filing a card dispute (chargeback). Chargebacks take weeks and pause the seller's whole store while they're open.
