By using OfferBuggy you agree to these terms.

The marketplace

OfferBuggy lists products from OfferBuggy and from independent sellers. Unless a listing says it is sold by OfferBuggy, the seller, not OfferBuggy, is responsible for the product, its description and its delivery.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and everything listed under it. Provide accurate information and keep your password private.

Listings

Only list products you have the right to sell. We may decline, edit, pause or remove any listing and suspend accounts that break these terms or mislead buyers.

Payments

Other purchases are paid through Stripe directly to the seller, who is the merchant of record and is responsible for delivery, refunds and taxes. For vouchers, the payment is held in the seller's Stripe account until the voucher is used. Vouchers must be used within 90 days of purchase; if a voucher is never used, the buyer is refunded automatically, minus a 15% platform fee and the card processing fee. OfferBuggy charges sellers a fee on each sale plus card processing, and returns its fee on amounts the seller refunds.

Liability

OfferBuggy is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, OfferBuggy is not liable for transactions between buyers and sellers.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
