What you should know about OfferBuggy products before you buy.

Our cross stitch patterns and canvas print files are made from paintings in the public domain. The images come from the Open Access collections of The Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Art Institute of Chicago, which release them under CC0 for any use, including commercial use. Each product names the painting and the artist.

No museum or artist endorsement

OfferBuggy is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any museum, artist or artist's estate. Museum and artist names are used only to identify the original artwork.

Not made with AI

Our files are not generated with AI. Patterns are converted stitch by stitch from the original painting, and print files are prepared from the museum's own high-resolution image.

Digital products only

Every product is a digital download. Nothing physical is shipped: no fabric, threads, canvas or frame.

Colours and accuracy

Colours on screen and in print can differ slightly. DMC thread colours in our patterns are the closest matches to the painting, not exact copies.

License

Files are for personal use. You may stitch or print them for yourself or as a gift, and you may sell or gift what you stitch, but not the pattern or the files themselves. See Licenses.

Refunds

All sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If you haven't downloaded it yet, you can ask for a refund within 14 days. If a downloaded file is damaged or doesn't match its description, we'll fix it or send you a working copy. See the Terms of use.
