What does it cost?
Nothing to list. When you sell, OfferBuggy keeps 10% of the sale and Stripe charges its normal card fee (2.9% + 30¢). No monthly fees and no setup fees.
When do I get paid?
For local deals and services, the money waits in your own Stripe account and is released the moment the customer uses the voucher. Digital products are released right away. Your dashboard shows every payment that is waiting.
What if a customer never uses the voucher?
Vouchers last 90 days. If one is never used, the customer is refunded automatically, minus a 15% platform fee and card processing. You never chase anyone and you never handle that refund.
How big does my discount have to be?
At least 10% off when your regular price is under $100, and at least 5% off from $100 up. You set the price. Nobody asks you to give half your work away.
Whose name is on the customer's bank statement?
Yours. Customers pay through your own Stripe account, so the charge shows your business name and the customer is yours to keep.
What is a storefront?
Your own page on OfferBuggy, like a small shop: your name, logo, photos, deals, badges, reviews, hours and location, at your own link. Customers buy from you and pay you directly. The only rule: every price in it is an offer.
What can I sell?

Yes, and it's free. If you don't have one, we walk you through it when you open your store. It takes about 10 minutes.
